Who do you work with?

Online therapy also called telehealth or virtual visits refers to therapy services provided online via video. The online virtual sessions are a convenient way to access the same therapy services you would receive in office. The sessions are conducted through a website called Doxy. It is secure, HIPAA compliant, and easy-to-use. Doxy is simple to use with no purchases, no downloads and no passwords needed. When you log on to Doxy, a pop-up window will ask for your first name, and then you will be put into a virtual waiting area.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If something inside you is telling you that you need support, that’s often reason enough. You don’t need to be in crisis. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, be seen and explore what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels right for you.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes. Many people find online therapy to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Meeting from your own space can help you feel more comfortable and at ease.
